    We ship to almost anywhere in the world. If your order is over $150, the shipping is on us! We use Canada Post unless a different courier is requested. Please check our shipping page or contact us if you have any enquiries about our shipping. Please note: I ship from Canada, so please be aware that you may need to pay import tax or customs duty on your purchases at the time of arrival in your country.

  • Exchanges + Returns

    Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis in the event of any defects, damages or shipping errors. These errors must be acknowledged within seven days of your order being received.

    Many Loobylu products are intended for decorative purposes only. Some items may not be appropriate for children due to fragility and removable parts. Please check the descriptions for recommendations if in doubt.
